When will my order ship?

In-stock items are usually shipped within twenty-four hours.  Please allow 24-48 hours additional shipping time if monogramming has been ordered.

 

When will my order arrive?

Every in-stock order is delivered via Priority 2-3 day business mail.

 

How will my order be shipped?

USPS Priority Mail

* Please note, If you know a Shutterbug Designs Associate and/or have made arrangements to pick up your order, please choose the I want to collect the goods myself option on the Address and Delivery page.  This will subtract the shipping charges from your invoice.

 

How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?

Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise total weight shipped to each address. If a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.
