Our family is fortunate to have benefited from the generosity of the individuals involved with Crossroads Physical Therapy and with Camp Care. We have been a part of Camp Care since it began in 1997.  Camp Care, Inc., is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping children with special needs and individuals living with a variety of disabilities. Camp Care participants have a broad range of diagnoses including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, seizure disorders, autism, Down syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and more.
